📦 1. Where is my order?

⏱️ 2. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location and product availability. Typically:
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- Delivery Time: 5–10 business days (domestic), 10–20 (international)
Note: These are estimates. Delays may occur during holidays or high-volume periods.

🔄 4. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we offer a 7-day return window. To be eligible, items must be unused and in original packaging.

🧾 5. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placing them. After that, we cannot guarantee changes as the order may already be processed.
❌ 6. I received a damaged or incorrect item. What do I do?
We’re sorry! Please email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Description of the issue
We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

First, check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s still missing, contact [email protected] with your name and order details, and we’ll resend it.
